Please submit the updated W-9 form to your district accounting department when you request your payment. Download HERE
***Please Note:If paying with a purchase order, avoid the higher registration fee by sending the PO number and the name of the attendee (s) to TAVACSecretary@gmail.com BEFORE June 1, 2024.
Paying by Personal Check:If you are registering with a personal check, money order or cashier's check, you must mail a check to the address on your receipt to complete your registration. The fee will be $350 before June 1, 2024, or $375 for each registration payment received or postmarked after June 1, 2024.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be made for cancellations before 6/1/2024. Cancellations on or after this date will not be refunded. You can avoid the cancellation fee by making a substitution without penalty. Please note that printed name badges for substituted individuals may not be available.
